This policy explains how Slaxyronyrdlox handles refunds, cancellations, and credits for products and services purchased through slaxyronyrdlox.world or linked checkout pages. It is designed to be fair to clients while recognising that digital delivery and scheduled consulting have different cost structures than physical retail.

Keep your order reference, payment receipt, and the email address used at checkout; they accelerate verification.

2. Digital educational products

When you purchase downloadable templates, guides, or recordings, fulfilment usually occurs instantly by link or email. If you are a UK or EU consumer, statutory withdrawal rights may apply to distance contracts, but you may lose the right to withdraw once you begin consuming digital content if we have provided prior confirmation and you acknowledged loss of the right.

If files are corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible due to an error on our side, tell us promptly. We will repair delivery or, where repair is not practical within a reasonable time, refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

2.1 Accidental duplicate purchase

If you bought the same SKU twice within a short window, we typically refund the duplicate after confirming both charges, minus any processor fees we cannot recover.

3. Programmes, cohorts, and challenges

Group programmes have start dates and capacity limits. If you cancel more than seven calendar days before the published kickoff, you generally receive a full refund of programme fees already paid, returned to the original instrument unless fraud concerns require an alternative route.

Cancellations between seven days and forty-eight hours before kickoff may receive a fifty percent credit toward a future cohort or a partial refund at our discretion, reflecting planning costs already incurred.

After a programme has begun, refunds are ordinarily unavailable except where we materially change the syllabus without consent, cancel the cohort ourselves, or another clause in your purchase confirmation explicitly allows exit points.

Weather-dependent outdoor segments are described as tentative; rescheduling is not automatically a refund event unless we cannot offer a reasonable substitute date.

4. Consulting and guidance sessions

Single sessions: cancel or reschedule more than forty-eight hours in advance without penalty. Inside forty-eight hours, a fifty percent fee may apply to compensate for blocked calendar time. No-shows without notice are generally non-refundable.

Multi-session packages: unused sessions may be refundable on a pro-rata basis if you withdraw for reasons outside our control, minus any discount granted for bundling. Completed sessions are not unwound retroactively.

5. Bundled offers

When products are sold together at a discount, partial refunds may recalculate pricing as if unpurchased items were acquired separately at then-current list prices, with the remainder returned. We explain the arithmetic in the refund email so you can reconcile your statement.

6. How to request a refund or credit

Email touch@slaxyronyrdlox.world with subject “Refund request”, your name, order ID, and a concise reason. We may ask security questions matching billing records. Approved refunds are initiated through our payment partners; we do not send cash by post.

7. Processing timelines

We aim to decide straightforward requests within five UK business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional days to post credits. If your account closes before a refund completes, coordinate with your institution; we cannot intercept their internal processes.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can correct genuine billing mistakes. Friendly resolution is faster than bank investigations. Meritless disputes may lead us to decline future bookings and share transaction records with processors as permitted by law.

9. Non-refundable scenarios

Fees are typically non-refundable when you have received the full promised deliverable, when a statutory exception applies, when promotional terms stated “final sale”, or when third-party costs we prepaid on your behalf cannot be reclaimed (for example non-refundable venue deposits disclosed before payment).

10. Consumer protection reminders

Mandatory rights in your country of residence may grant remedies beyond this policy. Nothing here limits those rights. If a tribunal finds a clause unfair, the remainder of the policy stays effective where severance is possible.
